A: IDX participating brokers do share property data and images with 3rd party websites. Just like social media, once they are out there, they are gone forever. You have the choice of whether or not you would like photos shared. You can speak with your realtor about your privacy concerns, and excluding particular rooms. There are also options like listing your home Privately. When a home is listed Privately, the home is only viewed by Realtors and qualified buyers looking for a home specifically like yours.
