Gaspar is the Broker and Owner of Su Familia Real Estate.

Su Familia is Gaspar’s driving force. Su Familia Real Estate is known throughout the industry for its agent retention. When asked about this Gaspar replied, “At Su Familia, We are A Familia!” Gaspar has an Open Door Policy with his agents and staff. The success of his agents is a focal point at Su Familia. Bi-weekly trainings, monthly meetings, specific team trainings, One-on-One Coaching, and Accountability strategies are all shared to develop each agent to the best of their abilities. Involvement in the community and in the Real Estate law making is critical and imperative.

Gaspar served 3 years as a Board of Director at the Chicago Association of Realtors, representing the communities he served. He is also a Co-Founder of the NAHREP Chicago (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals), currently the largest member Chapter in the country!

This organization focuses on sustainable; attainable home ownership, and are currently working on a project spearheaded by previous HUD Secretary Henry Cisneros, to try and Triple Latino wealth in the US over the next 10 years.

Support and Involvement with local and national organizations is part of Gaspar’s constant advice to his fellow agents. This commitment shows in Gaspar, Jr., who currently serves as a Board of Director for the Chicago Association of Realtors, and is the immediate past president of NAHREP Chicago.

Gaspar has been part of the Top 1% of Realtors in the Chicagoland area over the past 15 years, and is recognized as one of the most influential Hispanic Real Estate Brokers in the country every year since 1995. He has an average of 70 closed transactions every year since 1992. Gaspar commits to all of his clients, already having served 3 different generations of family’s, his business is primary referral based.

He keeps constant communication with most of his past clients, and continues to help and be available, with different services such as a Public Notary or simply being available to translate a document.
